Founded in 2020, skygrand realty group is one of the fastest growing real estates agency company in Kenya. Our passion to bridge the gaps existing between real estates buyers and sellers has seen us serve over 3,500 clients in only three years and still counting. With a team of over ten members, we are well equipped to meet each one of your needs when it comes to real estates. Our multi-faceted real estates service package includes; property marketing, property hunting, property management, property valuation and real estates consultancy.

Our team of professionals offer quality management services on properties. We perform rent assessment to suggest feasible rents, we facilitate letting of any vacant spaces through our divers vigorous marketing strategies, we perform tenant vetting through the use of our data-capture systems to allow us establish the personal and legal profile of each tenant, we draft comprehensive lease agreements that have withstood the test of rent tribunals, we collect rents and account for the same by the 15th day of every month through our monthly reports, we do VAT remittances for landlords. We also offer cleaning, maintenance and security services.
